Nurse Witch Komugi-chan Magikarte Episode 3
HOT!

I cannot put the awesomeness of this episode into words! Every scene was classic!

Air Master Episode 22
SHIZUNA MAN!

This is what happens when you try to fight with fireworks.

Shizuna treats Kin's arm by putting him in a armored battle suit, and names him Shizuna Man. Kin is less than thrilled with the suit, but likes the fact that his arm is better. So he destroys all of the suit except the piece that makes his arm better. Shizuna renames him Shizuna Man 1/4. He goes to see Fukamichi to demand a match against Maki (who's been beating the crap out of fireworks boy) and breaks his laptop in the process. Fuka doesn't give him Maki, but does give him a match against the #4 ranker, Yuki Minaguchi. Yuki totally trashes Kin. Afterwards, Fuka puts out a poll on the net that asks if the audience would like to see Yuki vs Maki. The audience does, so next ep it's gonna happen! Yuki so awesome~

Air Master Episode 21
Julietta greets fireworks boy.

Yashiki and fireworks boy fight Julietta and Kin tries to get his arm treated. The local doctor won't help him so he turns to Shizuna. Meanwhile, Kai realizes she belongs in the ring after seeing Sakiyama and her old tag-team partner on TV. I think this ep could've been condensed into 13 minutes.

Finally I get Road Runner in my new apartment! Backlogs suck. Slowly but surely baby.

Wow this was great. No mecha = fantastic! Kaname = God! Bow down before Satsuki Yukino! I hope every episode is as fun as this first one.

Talk about over dramatic. This ep did nothing for me. So uh...next!

Lookin' a bit macho there... But I forgive you.

The twins try to find out if Maiku likes girls or not. Animation was a little sub-par, but acceptable. There were some good overall scenes, Haruko got some good air time, and Tomoko Kaneda got a little voice action besides the "na"s and "nu"s as Marie! Can't go wrong with that.

The gang agrees it's too damn hot to fight and decide to head to the local pool. Great episode. And the directing was back to normal.

It was revealed at Comiket that Nurse Witch Komugi-chan will be getting a PS2 game. It will be developed by KID and will most likely be a typical adventure game (why not a fighting game!?). MOON PHASE has scanned the "advertisements" that were being distributed at Comiket.

Mahoromatic Natsu no TV Special
Momoi! I love you~

I'm glad they did the special with a happy atmosphere. This was fun to watch, which is more than I can say for the second season (never watched past ep 9). Shikijou + nekkidness + hair down = HOT. And Mahoromatic + Haruko Momoi = Better Mahoromatic.

Popotan Episode 5
You're hot even when you lose.

A popotan makes the gang enter a beauty contest, go to tons of onsen, and play matrix ping pong. It eventually leads them to a field where they get an illusion of the person they've been searching for. Now that they know what she looks like, their search will be easier! Right. Anyway, Ai and Mii head home while Mai and Mare go to the onsen that's supposed to make your breasts bigger. As they're coming home from the onsen, the mansion disappears. So now the girls are seperated (into two groups). The art and animation were back to normal this week, thankfully. I was disappointed with the onsen scenes though! They didn't do nearly as much as they should have! The whole parody of the matrix ping pong skit was kinda dumb too...

Wounds are licked and new characters are introduced, including the bad mofo villain. Kind of a throw-away episode, but it had many cute scenes, so all was well.

Scary.

Suzuo tries to get over his money woes. He's partially successful and partially unsuccessful. The direction this week was extremely sporadic - almost Excel Saga like. I don't think it fit the show very well, but that's just me. Here's hoping it returns to normal next week. Oh yeah, I SO want to be a Kanemochi Ranger!

What's with the episode 4's this week! First Onetwi goes the low budget route, now this. I don't really mind though, this wasn't a very good ep anyway. Mare gets a visit from a lonely ghost who proceeds to steal Ai, Mai, and Mii. Mare gets them back, the ghost remains lonely, the end. Next week's episode is entitled "Onsen." Yay! It better go back to the regular budget!

A second Jubei series has been officially revealed. Daichi is at the helm again, and this time Yui Horie will be voicing Jiyu. The title of the series is Jubei-chan 2 ~Siberia Yagyuu no Gyakushuu~. The official website is here. Nothing there yet, but soon. From: MOON PHASE

That's what I'm talkin' about! Go Shimei! Work that rage.

Hakufu gets ambushed by crazy baton man and they duke it out in the school locker room. Things are going ok until Shimei interrupts and beats the crap out of baton man so she can have Hakufu to herself. Outside the school Koukin goes postal on some local bullies after they smash his head with a baseball bat. He tries to find Hakufu inside the school but is "stopped" by Genpou. During the super cat fight Hakufu knocks off Shimei's eyepatch. Shimei goes nuts and puts Hakufu in a submission that makes her orgasm(that's supposed to HURT your opponent!?). Hakufu is of course unaffected by the move and sneaks up behind Shimei and german suplexes her! Shimei's head explodes on impact. They totally overuse the blood effects on this show. And I can't believe they showed an orgasm! An 11:30am show! Granted there wasn't any moaning involved...but still! Wild.

Maki fights ninja boy for the #5 spot on the ranking. Ninja boy basically stands there the entire time letting Maki figure out his "technique." She then promptly beats the crap out of him, finishing with the Air Cut Terminator. How did this guy ever get to #5 on the ranking? What an idiot. Next week Kai fights Kinjiro! Looks awesome!

You better up the budget next episode! That's what they're saying.

Art and animation was kinda weak this week - guess it can't be helped. Oneti had a few eps like this too. Anyway, Mina and Karen try to get jobs at Maiku's school. No dice. Man they're totally wasting Ryoko Shintani's talents in this show! Give Haruka a bigger role in the stories dammit!

Konami's Hoihoi-san page has been updated with character info, including seiyuu. Combat-san will be voiced by Rie Tanaka (woo). And Hoihoi-san will have five seiyuu:

The nekomimi chick. Only nekomimis I like are Nuku Nuku, Pao, and Natsuki. This chick here does nothing for me. The episode did nothing for me either. But Momoi got some screen time so it's cool. The PV this week featured Miyu Matsuki, the seiyuu for the nekomimi chick. She should definitely stick with just voice acting if you catch my drift...
