KOF2003's Garou team is now Terry (in Garou clothes, woot), Joe, and...Griffon Mask? Weird choice for a new guy. I hope they get new sprites. Actually, if they keep the same sprites from MOTW that'd be fine too, since they rocked.
Illustrations for the game are all Falcoon (booo).

Onsen ep! And just like in Popotan, this needed more onsen! The guys trying to sneak a peak, as nicely animated as it was, got way too much air time.

I thought the new Castlevania was good overall. My only nitpicks would be the short length and some choices in animation. Leon looks ridiculous when doing air attacks - he literally just stands on air. Here's hoping it's different next time around. Now where's the next Chronicles game!? I need my Rondo upgrade.
Bindume Yousei Episode 4
Summertime. The girls go on a big adventure to save Hororin. Some funny bits in this one, especially Sararin fighting the Snake (*thumbs up* "Nice fight"). But what was with the out of place vanity shots? They were nice and all, but why start doing them four eps in? Hmmm.

I finished Jak II today. Pretty good game, with some pretty damn good graphics. I wasn't too fond of the Grand Theft Auto 3 type gameplay though, since I don't really like GTA3. Plus going to the same handful of locations over and over with different objectives got to be a bit boring. Thankfully it all ends before you get too fed up.

Ai Yori Aoshi ~Enishi~ Episode 2
I hope this whole series isn't centered around Chika. As much as I like Haruko Momoi her Chika can get to a nerve racking point when she's in "excited" or "nervous" mode. This episode had a couple moments of each. But it also had nekkidness, Tina rub, and Taeko bounce, which balanced things out.

On the non-anime side of things, I finished Max Payne 2 last night. It was pretty short, but very sweet. I also recently finished Billy Hatcher on Gamecube. It's not all that bad of a game once you get past the goofy characters and story. But I still think it should have been on Dreamcast.
Kill Bill was cool. Go, watch, enjoy.

Over! So Mina is the one in the picture, but Karen is the twin. That's it!? Sigh. I wanted some unexpected twists and turns! All I got was Mina being over-dramatic again. Oh well - at least the other girls got significant air time~

Kaname becomes the manager of the school's rugby club, but when she fails to tough them up, Sousuke takes over and makes them mindless machines. Good episode overall, with some very nice animation at times. And Mao made an image cameo! Yay.

Ok so the anime chara designs in Tsukihime aren't all THAT bad. And I was mildly entertained by the first episode - but I still don't know if I want to follow. I'll give it a couple more eps. *grumble*

GUNSLINGER GIRL was pretty good. If I can overlook the drab chara design I think I can handle this show. PEACE MAKER Kurogane was also decent, but the absence of any major female roles kinda put a damper on it. Other shows I watched that I'm considering following: Yami to Boushi to Hon no Tabibito (if it has more lesbianism~) and Shinkon Gattai Godanner (sentai-ish, I love sentai).

Onegai Twins Episode 11
Karen finds out her and Maiku are related by reading their mother's diary... which was conveniently left behind in the decrepit house that Karen found last week. She sure is lucky Japan doesn't tear down old buildings very often, which leads me to plug this site! Old Japanese buildings rule.
Next week the gang finds a page that was missing from the diary which indicates they're triplets. Or maybe not.

Omoikkiri Kagaku Adventure Soo Nanda! Episode 1
This show wasn't on my list but I decided to watch it anyway. I like it! It's a typical kids show but the art and animation are pretty well done. The OP&ED are by New man co.,Ltd. and are really nice, especially the ED. I want these songs~

I couldn't put up with the chara design and overall generic-ness of Kimi ga Nozomu Eien (though I liked the voices) so that's off the list. Hagane no Renkinjutsushi was pretty decent overall, but I didn't enjoy it enough to keep watching, so it's gone too. The anime load is getting lighter and lighter...

Bindume Yousei Episode 1
This was very cute as expected, but the voice acting didn't click with me like I thought it would. Mizuki's Kururu sounds forced, Horie's Sarara is... Horie (not a big fan of her "calm & cool" voice), and Nazuka's Chiriri is generic. Nonaka's Hororo is also a bit generic, but I like Osaka-esque personalities no matter who they're voiced by. Anyways, despite the complaints, I will definitely keep watching this show. Content wise it's just too cute for me to pass up. Plus it has Momoi. Momoi good.
The OP should of been Mizuki-only like the ED! The other girls just aren't in the same league. It's an ok song though. ED is alright too.

Scratch AVENGER off my to-watch list. I thought having a female lead would be enough for me to enjoy it, since I'm a fan of female leads, but Layla is just too boring for my tastes. And what is up with that OP song!? That has to be one of worst choruses to a song I've ever heard.

An excellent Anita-focused episode. Her friend Hisami is so cute! Taeko Kawata (Hisa's VA) has one of best cute chara voices I've ever heard. I forgive her for having that funky hairstyle now.

R.O.D. -The TV- Episode 5
New OP animation. I think this is the one they're going to stick with. It's alright, but I liked the recap shots better - oh well. Anyways, the girls beat bootleg Dracula by throwing a Dracula book at him. Pretty harmless one-shot episode stuff here. We do get to see different sides to all the girls however. Michelle in particular has a pretty scary angry side. Can't wait to see more of that. Oh, and Nenene didn't show up till the very end of the ep! Some Nenene is better than no Nenene I guess.
