RockMan Collection
I had originally thought this would be all the NES games on a PS2 disc with updated sound, but it turns out it's just the six PS1 remakes and RockMan X7 packaged in a sleek looking box (with a cheap 6,800 yen price tag). Here's the article about it from Dengeki Online, which includes a pic of the box.
Out of all the X games to include, why 7!? Damn you Capcom.

Chrno Crusade (1)
Rosette!! Tomoko Kawakami has this show in the palm of her hands! I could listen all day~ Chrno on the other hand... I don't think Akira Ishida (Xellos in Slayers) fit his character at all. Ah well, the Kawakami tour de force more than makes up for it.

Games I've Been Playing Lately
Siren = Awesome.
Ratchet & Clank 2 = Decent, but too short.
Manhunt = Interesting at first, but interest quickly turns to boredom (GTA3).
Mario Kart DD = Good fun, but feels like something's missing.
XIII = Mulder's voice just doesn't fit his character at all, but other than that, I'm enjoying this.
Final Fantasy X-2 = The translation and voice acting are very nice, but the game itself... I've had the JP version since March and -still- haven't finished it. I'd always get to the last dungeon and just become too unmotivated to go on. It's all the sidequests! I despise sidequests! They need to go away! Forever!
Looking forward to: Zero 2! Thursday!

Nice. All the girls get good chunks of air time, especially Tina (double dose of Tina aisatsu!). Onsen was present as well, though I don't know if this will be the "official" onsen episode. I hope not, because there just wasn't enough!

The character art in this ep was pretty bad - good thing the episode was pretty bad too. Well ok it wasn't bad, just...bland, yeah.

Fullmetal Panic? Fumoffu (11)
Last episode. Good animation, good laughs, good nekkidness, and good chibi Chidori. It didn't really feel like a "last" episode though. I wanted more crazy awesome cop lady dammit.

Pretty boring. The girls getting drunk was good, but they didn't use the situation to its full potential. And once again, there was too much Mayu.

The official site is now complete and open. The show starts next Monday - taking over Fumoffu's spot, which ends today. Rosette is so hot~
KOF2003 Main Roster
Someone has scanned a roster/move sheet from the location test over at the CHAOS UPLOADER. Gato is there! Two of the guys on the new team (Duoron, Shen Wu) look pretty cool. The other guy Ash reminds me too much of Angel though, which would be good, but this is a guy...I think.

Coming back to Hong Kong wasn't such a bright idea, as Nenene gets kidnapped, and the girls have to infiltrate the tower of power to get her back. Fortunately this means we get to see them kick lots of ass, and Anita back in her Chinese blouse~

The gang (inc Nenene) leaves Japan and head to Hong Kong. No more Hisa-chan!? Say it ain't so. At least she got some nice moments with Anita at the end there. No kisses though, boooo.

Yami to Boushi to Hon no Tabibito (7)
I've been watching this show - just haven't been capping any screens or talking about it. I keep thinking I'm going to stop watching it, but the lesbianism keeps pulling me back in. This episode especially was very...sekushii. There's just something about hentai-ish scenes in a "normal" anime that make them so much sekushiier than the same thing in a hentai anime. CARNELIAN chara designs help too. Give me more of this next week please. Pretty please?

Kaname busts out the ero okusan outfit + hair + voice(!). This added the Super Sexy in an otherwise bland episode.

Ok, so I don't like ALL the girls better than Aoi. Mayu has always felt like a character that didn't really belong on this show. The only good thing about her is that she makes Tina jealous. And a jealous Tina = a hot Tina.

m.o.e. have been busy
Master Of Entertainment (m.o.e.) have put up sections on their web site for three new original anime: Chou Henshin Cos Prayers, Hit wo Nerae!, and LOVE LOVE? Each series is eight episodes long and will be broadcasted in January, March, and May respectively. A couple trailers for Cos Prayers can be viewed here.
These look extremely moetic, especially Hit wo Nerae! Meganekko are just too hot.

The official site for Shinichiro Watanabe's (Macross Plus, Cowboy Bebop) upcoming anime Samurai Champloo is now open. It'll start in Spring 2004. Kazuto Nakazawa (El Hazard, Kachou Ouji, Ashita no Nadja) is handling the chara design. Looks sekushii. Additional pics can be found here.

Aside from Tomoko Kaneda getting tons of air time with her various yellings of "fumoffu" and a brief appearance of the awesome crazy cop lady, this ep didn't do much for me. I think it was all the yakuza speech - makes me noxious.

Wonderful! I love these characters so much - more so in action-less episodes like this one, where we learn a little about Nenene's past and how the three sisters first met. Anita's VA Chiwa Saitou has one of the best crying outbursts I've ever heard in an anime.

Very tense episode when the ball got rolling. And it had a new girl! Too bad she dies, I was really liking her, especially when she got naked for a couple minutes. Drake from the OVA was here too - thankfully he kept his clothes on.

We get introduced to other pilots from around the globe as they take on a common foe. Heavy on the action in this episode. But what little service it had was very nice - and I'm not talking about the robo with the ridiculous chest.

I'm not a big fan of giant robot anime, but certain "aspects" of this came to my attention before it aired so I decided to watch it. Fun show! The characters are great and it's all very well animated. I especially enjoy watching and listening to the main heroine Anna. Mai Nakahara (Mina of Onetwi) has a great voice - she was totally made for this role.

Mankitsu~! The girls "enjoy" various summer activities while trying to find a suitable place to swim. They also go to a matsuri with sensei and Tama, who apparently have no friends or family members aside from the faeries. What is with all the vanity shots in this show now!? There were over 15 in this episode alone. The show was just fine without having to see them strike semi-erotic poses every two minutes. Focus on cute and funny! Maybe they're trying to fill the late-night quota.
Ai Yori Aoshi ~Enishi~ (4)
An episode of this show with little to no ecchi is very... baffling to watch, even when it's focused on my favorite chara (Taeko). The first screen cap on the left is like the closest this ep gets to any ecchi, and she's only freakin' yawning. You see the expression on Chika's face in the third pic? That's me watching this episode.
Ai Yori Aoshi ~Enishi~ (3)
Kaoru and Aoi work on their relationship some more (zzz) while Taeko and Chika do some impressions of the Peanuts gang on the tennis court. This ep had a fair amount of Aoi fanservice, most notably two good shots of her naked apron attire. If she'd wear that through the whole show, and grow her hair out, she'd be such a better character.
