Tenjou Tenge (5)

The bowling alley brawl begins. Maya wears some pretty sexy stuff for a friendly outing...

Kono Minikuku mo Utsukushii Sekai (5)

Hikari discovers the meaning of school, but not before destroying one in the process. The guest character in this ep, Mayu Ishida, needs to be a regular on the show! She's cute, and a meganekko - two very good things.

Hit wo Nerae! (8)

A lackluster ending despite the nice service shots. I really liked this show starting out, but it all went downhill after episode three and never picked back up, which is a shame.

Yotsuba likes gifts

The Yotsubato section has been updated.

Onegai Twins (13)

This wasn't bad for what it was. I was definitely expecting more fanservice though. Oh well.

Sensei no Ojikan (4)

Mika sensei hangs out with her dad and goes to a matsuri with her class. More laid back than previous eps, but still good.

Hanaukyou Maid-tai La Verite (4)

There should be at least one Konoe and Yashima dream sequence in every episode. I'm so glad they changed Konoe's chara design from the first series. She actually looks human now.

Keroro Gunsou (4)

Giroro rocks. I didn't like his voice at first, but after the first half it was starting to grow on me. Him seeing Natsumi naked sealed the deal. Hilarious.

Hikaru to Mizu no Daphne (Special)

Discussion, recap, interviews, preview, advertising, Mai Nakahara with crooked teeth grin.

Midori no Hibi (4)

Takamizawa + Yuuji Ueda = Excellent. Midori + Cosplay = Chou excellent.

Kono Minikuku mo Utsukushii Sekai (4)

Episode 2 all over again, with Akari instead of Hikari.

Tenjou Tenge (4)

Aya is already being one upped by Maya in the love department. Poor girl. I think she needs more "lessons" from Chiaki!

MATRIX, I mean MADLAX (3)

And now we go back to another Madlax story. Aya Hisakawa pops up in this ep as Rimerda, the chick in my third cap. Seems like she and Madlax will be rivals. Damn you Bee Train! I want to stop watching this show so badly but there's just something about it that makes me continue.

Pugyuru (2)

Cheko-chan makes the yakuza play with waterguns. She's very persuasive, and WEIRD.

Hikaru to Mizu no Daphne (14)

Good episode. The animation was back to normal and Gloria got much screen time.

Hit wo Nerae! (6 & 7)

Too much time is spent on unnecessary drama in a show that doesn't have too much time to begin with. ...Yeah.

Chou Henshin Cos Prayers DVD (2)

What a waste of precious DVD space. You guys are supposed to up the fanservice with these eps, not crappiness. There's a difference(to me)!

Sensei no Ojikan (3)

Kitagawa overload! This episode was wonderful.

Hanaukyou Maid-tai La Verite (3)

This got a little cheesy at the end, but the stuff leading up to it was nice. It just needed more Cynthia instead of Grace!

April 17th, 2004 Saturday

Midori no Hibi (3)

Onsen~ Rin's facial features are kind of stretched out in her anime rendition - makes her look like a clown sometimes. She's still hot though! And Atsuko Yuya did a fine job with her voice.

Keroro Gunsou (3)

Hilarious. Giroro shows up at the end. His voice sounds more like a narrator than an actual character, but maybe that won't be his regular voice. We shall see.

Tenjou Tenge (3)

It's time to get stronger!

Kono Minikuku mo Utsukushii Sekai (3)

No Portman! But watching Akari do stuff was a good enough substitute. There have been no mutations or lame monster fighting for two whole eps now. Keep this streak going Gainax!

Boukyaku no Senritsu (2)

This is going on the back burner too. It seems like it'll be fun later on, but it's not exciting enough at present to keep me watching every week. Sorry Mamiko!

Bakuretsu Tenshi (2)

Argh, too much mecha this time, just what I didn't want. I might keep watching, but no more capping unless it suddenly becomes awesome next ep.

Cossette no Shouzou (1)

The trippy adventures of a young man, his multi-colored wine glass, and a creepy little girl. This was a bit TOO trippy for my tastes(by the SoulTaker director), but it was pretty to look at and listen to, so it balanced out. Yuki Kajiura's sound fit very nicely here, unlike MADLAX. And the voice work was excellent, especially newcomer Marina Inoue as Cossette, who also sings the cool ED song. I look forward to volume two.

HAPPYLAX, I mean MADLAX (2)

This episode set up Margaret's background(which included Yukino Satsuki's hot character Vanessa), but didn't set her up with MADLAX! I bet they won't even meet until the last episode. Sneaky Bee Training bastards!

Pugyuru (1)

Weeeeeird. But not the bad kind of weird. I'm surprised they put this on TV. It would've made a great Flash animated internet series, since the eps are only three minutes long, and the animation is...Flash quality.
